Here are some top tips for prolonging the life of your floors and keeping them look as good as new:-

-- Place self adhesive felt pads on the bottom of all furniture to avoid scratching the finish of the floor.
-- Avoid dragging items of furniture across the floor.
-- Clean up spills immediately to avoid permanent stains and damage to the timber of the floor.
-- Never clean wooden floors with bleach, instead use the recommended wood floor cleaning products.
-- Place a coarse mat outside your entrance to remove stones and debris from shoes to prevent small scratches.
-- A soft mat inside your entrance with a moisture barrier inside will greatly increase the life of all floor finishes.
-- If possible remove your outdoor footwear before walking on the floor, taking care to avoid wearing heels to minimise damage.
